Happy Halloween! If theres one thing I love, it's getting creative! and what better time to show off your creativity than Halloween! This year me and my Uni gals went all out on the creativity and made our very own Minion Costumes! Soo, they might no be the scariest halloween costumes you've ever seen, but lets face it, neither is the "black sexy kitten", eh girls!
What we wore:
Hat - £3 - A simple yellow beanie bought from Amazon.co.uk
Pipe Cleaners - Less than £1 - Threaded easily through the beanie. Bought from any local haberdashery store.
Dungarees - £5 - Reduced section in Primark! (Bargain)
Yellow Top - £3.50 - Primark
Tights - £2 - eBay.co.uk
Black Gloves - £2 - eBay.co.uk
Black Socks - 5 Multipack for £2 - Primark
Minion Goggles - (This is the hardest part) I bought the material to make these off eBay for around £6. It's actually supposed to be used to cover pipes (some sort of protector, I'm not too sure!) but I saw an opportunity for goggles! So I cut these to shape then stapled on black elastic to make them easy to wear!
So that's pretty much it, quite straightforward, and all less than £20 per person! Dressing as a Minion was so much fun; we got big love for our costumes all night, and they weren't actually too difficult to make, here's how... Hope this has been helpful and inspiring for you're next fancy dress opportunity!
